- No unsolicited cold bulk campaigns.
- Message content is tied to legitimate consulting business activity.
- Most messages are low-volume, manually triggered communications.
2) List source and consent
- Recipients come from website forms, direct customer communication, or explicit consent.
- No purchased, rented, or scraped contact databases.
- Consent evidence is retained where applicable.
3) Unsubscribe and recipient protection
- Non-transactional email includes visible opt-out/unsubscribe options.
- Opt-out requests are processed promptly.
- Abuse and complaint reports are reviewed and acted upon.
4) Bounce and complaint handling
- Hard bounces are automatically suppressed.
- Complaint addresses are removed from future mailings.
- List hygiene is monitored to keep complaint rates low.
5) Technical and legal transparency
